It says it can bond paper in less than a minute but can it bond paper-cloth? if so will it look good and neat? i have good expierences with this glue just i used tacky glue for cloth to laminated paper.. so will tacky glue work with cloth- paper? (non laminated or anything)

I was wondering if the lamination will stop my papers from geting yellow, right now I got my lamination in a box and out of the sun. I want to protect my papers as much as I can.
