Help laminating will not stop bending/curling?

I’m laminating some pictures (A4 and A5) at the moment but after putting the pouches through the laminating machine they’re bending/curling, does anyone know how to keep them flat?

The picture paper I’m using is 130 gsm.

    When you take it out it’s still warm, right? Just lay it down flat and place a book (phone book works good) on top to flatten it and leave it on till it cools down.
