I just do not know how to group them by topic or where to hang them and how to display, etc… any tip?

I’m a picture nut myself! I would first of all start laying some of them out on the floor next to a wall you intend to hang pix on…in each room. Start with a theme of the pix you might want to focus on for a particular room…for instance soccer in your bedroom…then add a picture into the group with one of dogs. A little variety. I ALWAYS have an odd number of pix in a group..never even numbers. It helps if you have some other item to hang in the midst of the pix too. Like a small mirror or a special plate or even a dog leash! Have some fun but stay elegant. Sometimes one large mirror with pix on one side is good. Experiment by laying them out on the floor first. Your home sounds lovely.

If you don’t want to spend the money on frames, try gluing the pictures to a piece of black cardstock (possibly the shiny kind) that is slightly bigger than the picture, giving the illusion of a frame.
Tapestries are also a great way to give a lot of decoration with minimal effort. I saw this tapestry on eBay that I thought was pretty cool. It is a little “out there” haha but a similar tapestry would be interesting too!
Group them by dominant color. Put a lot of pictures on a single wall and you can even draw a frame on the wall
