Yes, but only temporary, and if you don’t plan to wash it. Just to be sure do a small sample. Spreading the glue with a small paint brush will spread it evenly and smoothly. If you want it permanent, use something like Aleene’s fabric glue, and spread it the same way. Good Luck.
