Can you print your pictures on water proof paper – like the see through plastic paper used to project writing or drawings on?
Get the heavy-duty laminating sheets that you can peel and stick. Cut your laminate just slightly bigger than the picture, to allow room for it to “seal” around the picture. The laminating sheets adhere better than tape to seal water out.
